Meet our newest lawyers

RFR would like to welcome our newest lawyers to our firm.

We're pleased to have Adam T. Heavin join the firm as an Associate lawyer in early 2022, upon being admitted to the Oklahoma Bar. He received his undergraduate degree is from Oral Roberts University. He attended law school at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he served as the Editor-In-Chief of the Tulsa Law Review and graduated with highest honors. 

 

We're please to have Eric D. Janzen join the firm as an Of Counsel lawyer in late 2022. He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1990. Eric has over 30 years of practice including serving as Vice President of Claims at Oklahoma Attorneys Mutual Insurance Company. His practice includes employment, civil rights, professional liability, construction, coverage questions, school law, municipal, and personal injury. 

 

We are pleased that Mark S. Rains has returned to our firm as an Of Counsel Lawyer in early 2023. He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1984. Mark has over 39 years of experience  in general and complex civil litigation, appellate practice, construction and business litigation, education law, employment law and special education law.
