Nathan was born in Arizona and grew up in Russia, Arnett, Oklahoma, and Gilbert, Arizona. He received Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma Baptist University where he graduated in 2019. He spent one year as a teacher and coach at Macomb Public Schools in central Oklahoma. Growing up in Arnett and working at Macomb has given Nathan a great appreciation for rural Oklahoma schools. After he was done teaching, Nathan then attended law school at the University of Tulsa College of Law on a full tuition scholarship and graduated in 2023. While in law school, he was President of the Board of Advocates and recipient of the Order of the Barristers and a recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Civil Rights.
