Adam S.Breipohl
Adam is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma and was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 2015. He graduated from college at the University of Oklahoma (B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, 2012) and law school at the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., with honors, 2015). While in law school, Adam served as an Articles Editor on the Review of Litigation. Adam has been employed with Rosenstein, Fist & Ringold since 2015 and was made a shareholder and director of the firm in 2024. In 2025, he was named to Super Lawyers’ list of “Rising Stars” in the practice areas of schools and education.
Adam’s practice is focused on civil litigation and general counsel representation of school districts and other educational/governmental entities. Adam has defended clients ranging from K-12 school districts to technology centers and universities in state and federal courts throughout the state. His experience encompasses all phases of the litigation process, including motion practice, discovery, jury trial, and appeals to the Oklahoma Supreme Court and United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
