Special Education
Rosenstein, Fist & Ringold provides its education clients with unmatched expertise and comprehensive services in the complex area of special education law, including but not limited to:
- Compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and state policies and procedures;
- Training personnel on issues related to special education;
- Participating in multidisciplinary, Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Section 504 Title II team meetings;
- Special education administrative due process hearings and appeals through the administrative process and in state and federal court;
